Extended Abstract Submission & Guidelines
The authors are expected to submit their extended abstracts using the submission system no later than February 1, 2011. The deadline for the abstracts has been extended to Monday, February 7, 2011.
Please, write your extended abstracts using the following template containing detailed formatting guidelines: guidelines for extended abstracts. (we have noted the problems with the template. We would kindly ask submitters that the appearance of the abstract reflects the template, the styles in abstract are not of importance).
Make sure your abstract submission file in pdf is completely blinded! (i.e., NO authors info/data/names/institution).
Any abstract that doesn't comply with these guidelines will be rejected.
Paper Submission Guidelines
The authors of accepted abstracts are expected to submit their full papers using the submission system (using 'upload file') no later than June 1, 2011. To be accepted, a full paper must:
1. be submitted before June 1, 2011,
2. take account of the reviewers' comments,
3. be prepared in accordance with the prescribed formatting requirements detailed below,
4.
not have been submitted/published anywhere else, and
5. have at least one full non-student registration made for that paper only, and this registration is made by June 1, 2011. Note that one full registration cannot cover multiple papers!
Any paper that doesn't comply with these requirements by June 1 will be rejected.
